Description & Overview:
Revita Turnarounds Ltd was founded in 2003 to provide specialized consulting and restructuring services to companies that faced financial and strategic problems and needed proper professional guidance to turn their operations around and restore profitability. From 2014 onwards, in its new form, Revita has grown into an established consulting firm in Cyprus, offering help to distressed companies via strategic corporate governance, implementing succession planning procedures and carrying out daily financial consultation, and implementing proper financial controls. Our Company also assists in the formation of new ventures and projects, startups, and performs business valuations for various purposes.

Our Company consists of a qualified team and a number of Associates, with significant experience in financial, accounting, banking, administrative and business issues. In today’s ever-dynamic environment, where the rapid escalation of daily events affects business life at all times, Revita Turnarounds Ltd is looking to enhance its Business Consultancy department with the recruitment of a new Colleague in the role of a Junior Consultant.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be trained and expected to perform (amongst others):

  • Financial Modelling, mainly for the purpose of one-off projects and the preparation of:
    –         Fully-fledged Feasibility Studies & Business Plans for corporate purposes.
    –         Business Valuation Reports (for specific cases such as mergers & acquisitions, introduction of new investors to a company structure, etc.).
  • High quality, consistent Management & Financial Accounting tasks for recurring clients, such as:
    –         Preparation & interpretation of Management Accounts and variances, Key Ratio Analysis, financial Benchmarking, and preparation/analysis of KPI sets (Key Performance Indicators).
    –         Various methods of Costing (break-even points, differentiation of fixed to variable costs, etc.).
    –         Preparation of Forecasts and Budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant University Undergraduate Degree.
  • Postgraduate Degree and/or a relevant professional qualification will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of English language (both writing and speaking).
  • Ability to demonstrate very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel is a specific requirement).
  • Ability to demonstrate very good skills in numerical/statistical analysis and interpretation thereon.
