Revita Turnarounds Ltd was founded in 2003 by Mr. Socratis E. Socratous, with the aim of providing specialized consulting and restructuring services to companies which faced financial and strategic problems and needed proper professional guidance to turn their operations around and restore profitability. From 2014 onwards, in its new form, Revita has grown into an established consulting firm in Cyprus, offering help to distressed companies via strategic corporate governance, implementing succession planning procedures and carrying out daily financial consultation and implementing proper financial controls. Our Company also assists in the formation of new ventures and projects, startups, and performs business valuations for various purposes. Revita’s second pillar of services come from the Insolvency and Banking Representation department, witnessing a rapidly growing demand in recent years, both at retail as well as corporate level.
Our Company consists of a qualified team and a number of Associates, with significant experience in financial, accounting, banking, administrative and business issues. We believe in continuous learning, in honesty, respect and cooperation. From 2014 onwards, in its new form, it has grown into a business consulting firm, dealing not only with insolvency but assisting/advising in new ventures and projects, startups, business valuations and financial consulting.
The Company consists of a qualified team and a number of Associates, with significant experience in financial, accounting, banking, administrative and business issues.
